Kate Nash is currently playing via iTunes and I am rocking out. Cleaning up the mess that has accumulated in my house. 

I participated in a coffee tasting aka "cupping" of the new Starbucks Kopelani blend. It is being classified as a "medium" and is made up of Latin American, African and 10% Kona Coffees. I found that the first slurp was good, but each additional was very acidic. This is most likely the Latin American influence on the coffee. It will probably pair very well with the new peach tart or an upside down pineapple cake.  It will probably be brewed by me as a dessert coffee to compliment a wonderful pastry or cake.
