I decided today to finally open the pound of Jamaican Blue Mountain that I picked up when in Ochos Rios.
I ground it fresh and then pulled a double shot and it came out a beautifully caramel and dark amber. It tasted great.
My goal is to search all of the coffee houses in the area and find out what coffee they are using. Which roaster did it come from? and What they recommend for their espresso.
The Bux espresso roast just seems to overly roasted and burnt.
