I've started using twitter more and I am really enjoying it. I should have known that a program by the same individuals who created blogger would be as good and improve upon the great concepts that they launched with Blogger.

I had to make a trip to my local Apple store which is located in the Staten Island Mall because my iPhone began to have a case of the hiccups. A few weeks ago the phone started turning off on it's own. Not sure why, it did this but would randomly do that. I made an appointment with the Genius Bar and the problem fixed itself before I was ever able to sit down with a genius. So I just moved on from that appointment and ignored the previous problem.

However, yesterday I noticed that my cell phone would not allow me to dial the numbers 4,5, or 6. Or if there was an item that I wanted to double click or click on the screen that was in that section of the screen the touching of the screen failed to follow through with the process. So this morning I went to the Genius Bar and was quickly assisted by an incredibly knowledgably genius who quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a brand new phone.

It shows the quality and concern for their reputation and for their customers that Apple has. They are the greatest and should continue in these steps and they will continue to build their following. Any other independent computer or cell phone company would never be as accommodating and helpful as Apple has been.
